We are excited to announce important new features that greatly expand iRate®’s ability to help you run your energy rating and auditing company.

We’ve all seen how fast our industry is evolving. At EnergyLogic, we’re aware that in order to be successful, we need to be able to take advantage of two important industry trends:

• Increased demand for energy testing and renovation of existing homes
• Involvement and subsidies of program sponsors in our work
• Increased demand for data capture for builders and program sponsors

With these objectives in mind, we’ve added major features to iRate®:

Existing Homes Module

There is a complete homeowner job intake form that allows you to collect detailed information on your existing home audit contacts, billing details and home energy information. Included on this form are instant audit bids (which you customize to fit your own pricing index), utility company information, referral capture, client priorities and many other features.

Schedules of existing home jobs can now be viewed separately from the full schedule, in either the Daily or Weekly format. Existing homes jobs are still included in the Daily, Weekly and Monthly full schedule.

iRate® now has flexible, homeowner billing capability that integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks: You can quickly and confidently bill your homeowner clients for multiple services on the same invoice.

Program Sponsor Tracking and Billing Capability

iRate® now allows you to associate both homeowner and builder jobs with one or multiple Program Sponsors. Sponsors can be billed directly for all costs associated with a service, or you can bill both sponsors and clients for any particular service.

Enhanced Reporting

The following reports are now available in iRate®:

• Builder Report – compiles data available in iRate® on jobs performed for builders

• Energy Star Full Report – compiles your Energy Star data for reporting to Energy Star or to your HERS Provider (this report is derived based on proper application of the Energy Star checkboxes on the job screens)

• Builder Holds Service Detail Report – this report is a summary of jobs that are attributed to builders that you have placed “On Hold” (Anyone else have builder’s who are having trouble paying you in a timely manners?)

• Rough-Final Ratio Report – indicates the ratio of rough jobs to final jobs telling you instantly the state of your builder job growth. (For this report to work correctly, services are set up as “rough” or “final” on the Services admin screen.)

• Home Data Report – this report returns data that is exported from REMRate® using the SQL Server export feature from REMRate. Please contact EnergyLogic if you are ready to begin this process or wait for detailed directions along with a webcast tutorial on the setup of this capability.

New Pricing for iRate?

With all this enhanced functionality, of course you’re expecting a price….cut?

It’s true. We all feel squeezed in this economy, and so we’ve repriced iRate to be even more affordable.

· No annual renewal fee

· Simplified pricing structure per year, based on your sign up date:

o Addresses 1-500 (no matter how many services you schedule for each address): $5/address

o Addresses 501-1000 $3/address

o Addresses 1001 and more $2/address
