We’ve

At EnergyLogic, we’re aware that in order to be successful, we need to

these objectives in mind, we’ve added major features to iRate®:
Existing Homes
Module
There is a complete homeowner
job intake form that allows you to collect detailed information on your
existing home audit contacts, billing details and home energy information. Included on this form are instant audit bids
(which you customize to fit your own pricing index), utility company
information, referral capture, client priorities and many other features.
Schedules of existing home jobs can now be
viewed separately from the full schedule, in either the Daily or Weekly
format. Existing homes jobs are still
included in the Daily, Weekly and Monthly full schedule.
iRate®
now has flexible, homeowner billing capability that integrates seamlessly with
QuickBooks: You can quickly and confidently bill your homeowner clients for multiple
services on the same invoice.
Program Sponsor
Tracking and Billing Capability
iRate®
now allows you to associate both homeowner and builder jobs with one or
multiple Program Sponsors. Sponsors can
be billed directly for all costs associated with a service, or you can bill
both sponsors and clients for any particular service.
Enhanced Reporting
The
